History
A Bronx cocktail made richer with the addition of egg yolk.
This cocktail is adapted from a recipe found in Stanley M. Jones' 1977 book, Jones' Complete Barguide. It is called the BRONX GOLDEN COCKTAIL and is served in a cocktail glass. The preparation involves shaking together 1 oz gin, ½ oz sweet vermouth, ½ oz dry vermouth, ¾ oz orange juice, and 1 egg yolk. It is garnished with an orange slice.
