Ingredients

2 barspoon Honey
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/4 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Lemon-lime soda

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel and mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 STIR honey with gin in base of shaker until honey is dissolved.
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring lemonade.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with orange slice and mint sprigs bouquet.

History

More cloudy white than golden, this is a pleasant, refreshing long drink.
