Ingredients

2/3 oz OP high ester aged pot still rum
2/3 oz Triple sec
2/3 oz Orange Curaçao
2/3 oz Lime juice
1 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a double old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered lime slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail) with mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered lime slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail) with mint sprigs bouquet.

This drink was originally made at the Good Hope Hotel in Falmouth, Jamaica. The Good Hope is an 18th Century country house situated on a 2,000-acre plantation within the verdant landscape of Cockpit Country, near Montego Bay.
