Ingredients

1.5 inch Rosemary sprig
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/4 oz Dry vermouth
3/4 oz Pineapple juice

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE rosemary in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Rosemary sprig.

History

Easy to drink and subtly sweet, with dried fruit notes that are made altogether grander by the rosemary.
