2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of sugar rim (optional) and grapefruit zest twist.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
