Ingredients

3/4 oz White crème de menthe
3/4 oz White crème de cacao
1/2 oz Mezcal
1/4 oz Mint fernet amaro
1/6 oz Absinthe
1 1/4 oz Heavy/double cream
1 pea Green food colour gel

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grated chocolate and mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 5 Dust with grated chocolate and garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
  2. 6 Serve with a straw.
