3/4 oz Ouzo
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
3/4 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and skewered raspberry.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
