Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Gin
1/2 oz Green crème de menthe
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a fizz or highball (8oz to 10oz)
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and mint leaf.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into chilled glass. (No ice in glass.)
- 5 TOP with soda.

- 6 Garnish with mint leaf and lemon slice on rim.
