Ingredients

1 sprig Rosemary sprig
10 dried Raisins
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/3 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE rosemary and raisins with gin in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with rosemary sprig.

Raisin-infused gin is recommended for this recipe if time permits.
