Ingredients

3 barspoon Honey
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz Whipping cream

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

Method

  1. 3 STIR honey with whisky until honey dissolves.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

History

This drink's name and reputation as a hangover cure may suggest it tastes unpleasant. However, honey, whisky and cream combine wonderfully.
