Ingredients

2 oz Light white rum
1/4 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1/4 oz Coffee liqueur
3 oz Pineapple juice

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

This Tiki-style drink is adapted from one featured in Jeff Berry's 'Intoxica'. It was originally created around 1970 at Top of Toronto, located in the CN Tower, Toronto, Canada.
