Ingredients
2 fresh Raspberries
1 1/3 oz Irish whiskey
1/3 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Creole bitters
1/2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker
- 2 Add next 6 ingredients (all but soda), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
- 3 TOP with soda.
