Ingredients

1/4 oz Single malt Scotch whisky
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/2 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Amaro (e.g. Meletti)

How to make

Serve in a rocks glass

  1. 1 Fill glass with ice, add single malt scotch and set aside
  2. 2 Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice
  3. 3 Discard ice and scotch from glass and fill with fresh ice (preferably one large cube of block ice)
  4. 4 Strain stirred ingredients into glass.
