Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
5/6 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey water (1:1)
1/12 oz Dijon Mustard
1 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rose petal.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
