5/12 oz Honey and water syrup
1 oz Gin
Top up with Prosecco

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprig tip in the hole left by hulling strawberry.

Method

  1. 3 STIR honey syrup with gin in glass until honey dissolves.
  2. 4 TOP with prosecco.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with strawberry on rim.
