Ingredients

2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Orange juice
2/3 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf (or honeysuckle flower when in season).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with mint leaf floated on cocktail (or honeysuckle flower pegged to the rim).
