Ingredients

1 barspoon Honey
2 oz Scotch whisky
3 dried Clove
Freshly grated nutmeg
Top up with Hot breakfast tea

How to make

Serve in a toddy glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 Place bar spoon loaded with honey in warmed glass.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and STIR until honey dissolves.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Tea and Scotch combine wonderfully in this hot, spicy winter warmer.
