Ingredients

2 oz Claret wine
1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Boiling water

How to make

Serve in a toddy glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select a TODDY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into warmed glass.
  2. 4 TOP with boiling water.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
