History
Cachaça and apple brandy pair well with herbal liqueur and Creole bitters.
This is an adaptation of a recipe created by Mayur Subbarao of New York, USA. Mayur's original recipe called for bottled-in-bond applejack instead of calvados. The applejack provides a stronger flavor that dries the cocktail; therefore, if calvados is used, consider reducing the amount of sugar syrup.
