Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Triple sec
5/6 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/24 oz Rose water
4 drop Margarita Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lime wedge on rim.

The origin of this cocktail is unknown. In March 2021, the recipe was revisited to arrive at the current version. The original recipe was: 60ml (2oz) Light white rum 15ml (½oz) Triple sec 30ml (1oz) Lime juice 15ml (½oz) Sugar syrup 2.5ml (½ spoon) Rosewater
