Top up with Soda water

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History

A tall cocktail featuring gin, apple, and ginger.

Mike Atkinson created this drink in 2010 at Badem House in Goa, India. It is named after the 1970s song of the same name by the British band 'The Clash.' The two maraschino cherries in the drink symbolize Janie Jones, who made headlines in 1964 for attending a London film premiere in a topless dress.
