How to make
Serve in a toddy glass
- 1 POUR first 3 ingredients into a warmed heat-resistant glass and STIR until maple syrup dissolves before POURING heated milk into the drink.

Charles Schumann created this recipe in Munich, Germany, in 1986. It was later published in his 1995 book, "American Bar Book." Jean Gabin (1986) 1½ oz Dark rum ¾ oz Calvados 1 teaspoon maple syrup hot milk nutmeg Warm the dark rum, Calvados, and maple syrup in a heat-resistant glass. Then, add hot milk and finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
