Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
2/3 oz Triple sec
5/12 oz Cynar/carciofo amaro
2/3 oz Lime juice
1 2/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda.
