Ingredients

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
2/3 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1 dash Orange bitters
1/6 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered cherry.

History

The original recipe called for equal parts of the three main ingredients, creating a powerful cocktail. Increasing the gin and decreasing the Chartreuse rebalances this classic drink.
