Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Light white rum
1 oz Amaretto liqueur
1/2 oz Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)
1/4 oz White overproof rum
3 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
1 oz Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a cartridge mug or collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a CARTRIDGE MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled (cubed ice) tiki mug (or large Collins glass).
- 5 TOP with crushed ice.
- 6 TOP with prosecco.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and mint sprigs bouquet.
- 8 Serve with a straw.
