Ingredients

1 Unspecified
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
2 1/2 oz Ginger beer

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and strawberry slice.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with ginger beer and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with lemon and strawberry slices.
