Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Honey herbal liqueur
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Fernet liqueur
3 dash Aromatic bitters
1 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass, adding soda as you pour.

This recipe is taken from Jeffrey Morgenthaler's 2014 book The Bar Book, where he states, "I've always loved working with herbal liqueurs such as Drambuie, and Fernet-Branca makes a solid chunk of their sales from the staff at our restaurant. And behold, the Kingston Club was born."
