Ingredients
1 fresh Kiwi fruit (fresh)
1 1/4 oz Vodka
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
- 1 Cut kiwi in half, scoop out flesh into base of shaker and MUDDLE
- 2 Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 3 TOP with prosecco.
History
Fresh lemon and kiwi, vodka-fortified and prosecco-charged.
This drink is adapted from a beverage discovered at Zuma in London, England, in 2004.
