Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Cold chamomile tea
3 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise)
- 2 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Floral and refreshing, with a dry citrus finish.
