Ingredients

5/6 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Peated malt whisky
1/4 oz Kummel liqueur
1/4 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
4 drop Liquorice bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of star anise.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with star anise floated on surface.
