History
A cider top eases drinkers into this spirit-forward, Chartreuse-heavy twist on the classic Last Word.
This drink is based on a recipe developed in 2017 by Katherine Boushel at the Atwater Cocktail Club in Montréal, Canada. The name, meaning 'First Word', and the ingredients of this variation on the classic Last Word cocktail, reflect the dual French and English influences present in Montréal. The history of the Last Word cocktail is also available.
