Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Limoncello liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of thyme sprigs or lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda.

  1. 6 Garnish with thyme sprigs or lemon wheel.
