Ingredients
2 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Liquorice liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grated liquorice.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Dust with grated liquorice.
