Ingredients
2 slice Red bell pepper
7 fresh Basil leaves
1 oz Light white rum
1 oz Vanilla rum
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf and bell pepper slice.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE pepper in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
