Ingredients
3 barspoon Honey
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Lemon-lime soda
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 STIR honey with bourbon and lemon juice in base of shaker so as to dissolve honey
- 2 Add ice, SHAKE and strain into ice-filled glass
- 3 TOP with lemonade, lightly stir and serve with straws.

This drink was discovered in 2003 at The Grange Hall, New York City, USA, and the recipe has been adapted from it.
