Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1 oz Lychee liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a fizz or highball (8oz to 10oz)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of length of lime zest string.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lime zest string inside glass.
