History
The Mañana, salmon pink in colour, has a subtle and delicate rum laced apricot flavour.
The Mañana, a name signifying 'tomorrow' or some indeterminate future time in Spanish, owes its recipe to David A. Embury's 1948 book, The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks.
