Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Light white rum
1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a sling glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- 2 Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
Method
- 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
- 7 Serve with a straw.
