1 2/3 oz OP high ester aged pot still rum
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
2/3 oz Honey and water syrup
2 dash Aromatic bitters

Serve in a double old-fashioned

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
