Ingredients

1 oz Mango flavoured vodka
1 oz Mango liqueur
1 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered dried mango strip.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This drink is adapted from a recipe dating to the 1990s, which consisted of 60ml (2oz) citrus vodka and 50ml (12⁄3oz) mango purée.
