Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Old Tom gin
2/3 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
1/6 oz Dry vermouth
1 dash Aromatic bitters
1 dash Orange bitters
1 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 STIR ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. 6 Garnish with skewered cherry.
