Ingredients

12 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Light white rum
1 1/2 oz Mastiha liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 CHURN (stir) with bar spoon
  3. 3 Fill glass with more crushed ice and CHURN some more
  4. 4 Keep adding ice and churning until drink fills glass
  5. 5 Serve with straws.

History

Mastiha imparts a distinctly Greek freshness to this otherwise fairly classic mojito.
