Ingredients
1 oz Pot still whiskey
3/4 oz Chartreuse Green
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Peated malt whisky
1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/6 oz Cinnamon syrup
2 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a nick & nora glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This cocktail is adapted from a recipe developed in 2015 by Jack McGarry at the Dead Rabbit in New York City, USA. Jack McGarry initially based this drink on Green Spot single pot still Irish whiskey.
