1 oz Mead
1 1/4 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Honey and water syrup
1 dash Vanilla bitters

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

History

Ripe pineapple, rich vanilla, and honey laced with rum. Mead inspired the drink's 'Mediocre' name. A light white rum infused with vanilla pod is recommended over commercial vanilla-flavoured rum.
