Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Aromatized wine
1/4 oz Gentian liqueur

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

  1. 5 Garnish with orange slice wheel.

History

A standard White Negroni uses equal parts, but this "Mellow" version has one-sixth parts gentian liqueur.
