History

A fruity yet dry aperitif served 'up' with a splash of prosecco sparkle.

This drink is adapted from a cocktail originally called Breakfast in Milan, created by Dawid Steenkamp at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa in London, England. It draws inspiration from the Negroni and Salvatore's Breakfast Martini.
