Ingredients
8 fresh Mint leaves
1 2/3 oz Gin
1/6 oz White crème de menthe
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with soda and briefly stir.
