Ingredients

2 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Gin
1/4 oz Chartreuse Yellow
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of float small mint leaf or peg to rim.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Inspired by Monkey 47 Experimentum 2y06 Gin, honey and mint notes are amplified in this sour with monastic herbal liqueur complexity.
