Mixed Berry Julep

Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 fresh Blackberries
3 fresh Raspberries
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of blackberries and mint sprigs.
- 3 MUDDLE berries in base of glass.
Method
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN with barspoon.
- 6 Fill glass with more crushed ice and CHURN again.
- 7 Repeat this process until the cocktail fills the glass.
Garnish
- 8 Garnish with blackberries and mint sprigs bouquet.
- 9 Serve with a straw.
