1 1/2 oz Southern liqueur
Float lightly whipped Whipping cream
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 STIR first two ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
- 2 FLOAT whipped cream on drink.

This drink is adapted from a cocktail created in 1997 by Dale DeGroff at Molly Malone's Pub, Prague, Czech Republic. Dale DeGroff's original recipe calls for 45ml of Irish whiskey and 45ml of Irish Mist liqueur, topped with lightly whipped cream.
